Garrett Miller

Garrett Miller is DYDX’s Head of Marketing. With a career and background that spans strategy, marketing, product, and creative, Garrett is an award-winning marketer and managed $B in global advertising spend. He spent five years at Google, where he played a pivotal role in building Google’s first-party hardware business while leading their marketing strategy, insights, and analytics teams. During his tenure, he also served as Head of Product Marketing and Chief of Staff to the VP of Devices & Services Marketing, shaping cross-functional initiatives. Earlier in his career, Garrett served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Creative Director at Herman Miller, revitalizing its healthcare brand, and was a Strategy Director at SYPartners, advising Fortune 500 executives on brand transformation. He also spent time at Bain & Company, where his focus was growth strategy and private equity diligence.

Before his career in marketing and strategy, Garrett honed his creative chops as a Broadway performer and choreographer, most notably featured as ‘Pepper’ in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Garrett holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BFA from the University of Michigan.
